We procure raw material that are DFARs approved and our customers always have traceability of raw material per AS9100D guidelines. We machine variety of steels, aluminum, brass, copper, plastics, Inconel etc. We support customer requirement for hardened material by outsourcing them to NADCAP compliant suppliers.
To qualify as a supplier for the aerospace industry, it is essential to deliver products free from burrs. Given that Koral Manufacturing parts get exposed to severe temperatures and pressures, any loose metal or other particles that could detach and block fluid flow pose significant risks, potentially leading to catastrophic outcomes. Our skilled deburr technician and tumbling equipment make sure we deliver FOD free
No part is complete until it is clean. Automated and manual part washing completes the production process.
We have capability of complex parts assembly. Post machining activities like Grinding, EDM, Plating for Passivation/Chem film/Anodizing/Parts painting per military specs, Non-Destructive Testing, Welding or Honing capabilities are outsourced to approved suppliers that are either NADCAP approved or with ISO/AS9100 certification.
All raw, WIP, and finished material is stored in a temperature-controlled environment and comprehensively document-controlled. Finished products are custom packaged to ensure part integrity during storage and transit, while also optimizing for reduced shipping costs to our customers.
